How to: Stop recording a macro.
Solution:
Use the 'Stop Recording' command.
Do one of the following:
1) If there is an active workbook:
a) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Record Macro'. (A submenu appears.)
b) Select 'Stop Recording' from the submenu.
2) If there is no active workbook, select the 'File' menu and select 'Stop Recording'.
